I will say I was reluctant at first to think I was going to get what I ordered due to some of the reviews. But customer service was very helpful in keeping me informed. I received responses to my questions in a timely manner. The bean bag filling came seperate from the bean bag chair and took a couple extra days wait to get everything and check it out. I did request more filling because I thought it should look exactly like the photo. I prefer alittle more filling to really fill it out completely but it is still comfortable. My daughter loves it but also agrees to add alittle more filling. But over all I will not complain the service was great, speed of delivery also great and the bean bag came without any damages at all. 5 stars here. Thank you

I knew this was going to be big but WOW it is huge! We absolutely love it! It’s so comfy and there is so much space on it. It took a few days to finally get it in to the shape like in the pic but it was totally worth it! We don’t use our couch anymore this is our to go spot. The whole family loves to all cuddle up on it together. When then says make sure you have room for it they were not kidding! I was debating on whether to get it or not because of the price but I finally took the plunge and I was not disappointed! Our whole family loves this definitely worth it !

Great bean bag! It was a little tough to use the website to get shipping information/tracking. However, customer service was great and always got back within a day when I reached out. Sometimes even as fast as a few hours. The bag was fairly easy to stuff (takes 2 people) and works great. The cat has claimed it as his king size bed, but it's being used every day. Great for 2 people to be on at the same time as well.
