How to Fill Your
BRANDMART Bean Bag
Filling your bean bag is easy! Follow these simple steps to get the perfect shape and comfort.
What You'll Need

Your BRANDMART bean bag cover
✓
Bean bag filling (EPS beads)
✓
A helper – recommended for easier filling
✓
A large funnel or plastic bottle with the bottom cut off
STEP 1
Open the Bean Bag
- Place the bean bag cover on the floor and locate the filling zipper.
- Open the zipper carefully and make sure the inner liner is properly positioned.
STEP 2
Prepare the Filling
- Open your bag of bean bag filling.
- TIP: EPS beads are very lightweight and can easily spill. Work indoors in a clean area and avoid fans or strong airflow.
STEP 3
Start Filling
- Insert a funnel into the bean bag opening.
- Pour the filling slowly.
- NOT OVERFILL. Filling slowly helps prevent the beads from spilling.
STEP 4
Fill to Your Comfort
- Keep adding filling until the bean bag reaches your desired firmness.
- More filling = firmer and more supportive.
- Less filling = softer and more relaxed.
- For the best comfort, don't overfill the bag.
STEP 5
Close the Zipper
- Once you're happy with the amount of filling, carefully remove the funnel.
- Close the zipper completely and make sure the filling is secure.
STEP 6
Shape Your Bean Bag
- Shake and move the bean bag gently to distribute the filling evenly.
- Sit on it and adjust the filling as needed until you get the perfect comfort.
HELPFUL TIPS
- Fill slowly. EPS beads are extremely lightweight and can scatter easily.
- Use two people. One person can hold the opening while the other pours the filling.
- Don't overfill. Leave enough room for the beads to move and allow the bean bag to mold around your body.
- Keep extra filling. Keep some extra filling somewhere safe. Some extra filling can help you top up your bean bag later.
